All cleaning packages include a full indoor and outdoor diagnostic check, filter washing, fan‑motor inspection, gas‑pressure verification and a performance test. If refrigerant is below 20 PSI, we top‑up at no extra charge (RM 2 per PSI above 20 PSI). A 30‑day warranty covers any water‑leakage repair performed during the service.
Water Leakage Repair
Leaking condensate can damage walls and flooring. Our technicians use low‑pressure water‑jet flushing, nitrogen flushing, and flexible drain‑tube replacement to locate and resolve leaks. Water‑leakage work is included in the cleaning packages above, and separate repairs are quoted after a diagnostic visit.
Air Conditioner Installation
Whether you are upgrading an old unit or fitting a brand‑new system, our certified installers follow manufacturer guidelines and local safety standards. Because each project varies, we provide a custom quote after a brief on‑site assessment. WhatsApp us to schedule your free quotation.
