Service Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after service completion. Each request will be reviewed based on the service provided.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed services, emergency call-outs, and used materials or spare parts are non-refundable unless approved by management.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

🧊 chemical cleaning warranty – 1 month
All chemical cleaning services come with a 1-month service warranty starting from the date of cleaning.
✅ Coverage includes:
- Poor cooling caused by incomplete cleaning
- Water leakage due to internal dirt not fully flushed
- Recurrence of the same issue (upon confirmation by our technician)
❌ Not covered:
- Issues caused by very old or faulty aircon components
- Units not properly maintained or used under improper conditions
- Compressor failure or gas leakage (treated as separate issues)
⚙️ parts & product warranty – manufacturer-based
All aircon units and parts purchased from Elite Aircon come with the official manufacturer’s warranty
(varies by brand/model).
We assist you in claiming warranty IF:
- Issues caused by very old or faulty aircon components
- Units not properly maintained or used under improper conditions
- Compressor failure or gas leakage (treated as separate issues)

- Repairs attempted by third parties
- Aircon misuse or physical damage
- Units exposed to flooding, pests, or faulty wiring
- Products not installed by Elite Aircon (for parts sales only)
